Where To Start?
I have been playing for about 15 months now, and ever since I started there was always one thing I wanted: gold. Ever since I was a newbie I've been finding and looking for ways to run and farm. I got out of it for a bit, when I started to go HoH. I started to get back into farming, when BLAM, the AI update that came with Nightfall changed farming completely. And due to the pesimistic people who say "O noez this AI update is teh sux, we need update!!!!!11ELEVENTYONE!!!11", and the fact that I stopped farming for so long, I became overwhelmed, and didn't know where to start.
So now I have all 10 professions, most lvl 20. I have a very capable Warrior, I have experience with my Ranger, I'm good at Monk solofarming, I love Ritualist Vengence, and have the money to start a 130HP Dervish.
So this is where you come in, active farmers, I havent farmed in forever, and never even touched Nightfall farming. Tell me: Where do I start? I know I can make money, but so much has changed I don't know any hotspots. (Note: im in the American districts, so I dont UW/FOW much) Well suggestions, links, and guides would be greatly apperciated

Theres a new Dervish UW solo, so keep that in mind whenever Favor swings around.
You can check out a newly made Skree farming build
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10120639
Also a mursaat farmer
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10119765
And.. you can always do the Grenth's Balance Tank farmer
Oh and search the farming forums for assassin builds, they are starting to become popular due to the new "scatter if I have more than 2 neighbors" update
